About Our Company

Agawam Realty, Ltd. was founded in 1974 and is owned and operated by Jack L. Hangen. We are located on Lake Agawam at 85 Jobs Lane in the heart of Southampton Village.

Our experienced staff of 21 associates sell investments to live in. They are professionally trained and their goal is to provide you with personalized service including the sale and rental of estates, homes, land, and commercial properties.

Our market area extends from the Shinnecock Canal eastward through Southampton, Watermill, Sag Harbor, Bridgehampton, and Sagaponack to the East Hampton town line and from the Atlantic Ocean to the Peconic Bay.

We are a member of The Hamptons Real Estate Network: three independently owned and operated agencies. This enables us to offer properties for sale or rent from Westhampton to Montauk Point.

We are members of the Long Island Board of Realtors (LIBOR), one of the country's largest Realty Boards. Agawam Realty, Ltd. is also a member of Multiple Listings Service of Long Island.
